RSO, a member of Parkway Steel (big ups!), hail from Clifton, New Jersey. If you aren't reeled in already, they sound like a shot-out Germs/RFTC/Ayler/Melvins hodgepodge , and their lp (with full cd included), titled "Row", can be ordered from their myspace.
